Q: How long can your drinks be kept?
A: Can be kept in chilled in the fridge for up to 3 days!
Q: Do you have a retail store/store front?
A: Yes we do! You can find us here!
Q: Are you a registered company?
A: Yes we are! Our registered UEN is 53491967k.
Q: Are you guys halal?
A: We are not halal certified but we are muslim friendly!
Q: Where do you source your ingredients?
A: Other than our coffee beans and matcha powder, everything else is purchased locally in Singapore!
Q: Where do you get your coffee beans?
A: Our coffee beans are a mix of arabica and robusta so they come from multiple countries. They are roasted in Italy and shipped over to Singapore.
Q: Where do you get your matcha?
A: Our matcha are sourced directly from Uji Kyoto, Japan. Our partnered factories are all JAS* approved! They are all ceremonial grade which is the highest grade of matcha!
Q: How do you ensure food safety and quality?
A: Our shop is sanitized and pest controlled by cleaning companies and pest control companies approved by authorities and are done every month. We ensure the best quality and the best food safety that everyone deserve to have.
Q: Are your drinks sweetened?
A: Yes, most of our drinks are sweetened. However, there are some drinks that have a sugar free option!
Q: Do you only sell specialty drinks?
A: No! We sell other drinks like our classic Americanos, Coffee latte, matcha latte and even houjicha latte!
Q: Do you offer bulk prices, private event/boothing services?
A: Please do reach out to us if you wish to bulk buy or is interested in having us for your event! Contact us here!
Q: How does your delivery work?
A: As we operate via a store front, our drinks and food are strictly self collected or you can find us on delivery apps like foodpanda and grab. However merchandises are still available for delivery!
Q: What is your return or refund policy?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Refunds will be reviewed case by case, however if items are damaged from delivery, there will not be any refunds.
